Whether you're planning a family safari in Hwange National Park, a team-building retreat or a quick escape from city life, Gwango Heritage Resort is the perfect setting. There are no fences between us and the Park. Wild animals move through the resort at any time. A 4x4 vehicle is not necessary to access the resort.

What's not included..

Airfare, flights and any addition airport transfers. Additional hotel nights necessitated by airline schedule changes or other factors. Cost of medical immunizations (if any). Beverages and meals (unless specified in your rate). Activities and optional side trips. All items of a personal nature. Gratuities for safari guides and camp staff. Baggage handling, Airport departure tax, Travel insurance. Visa and Passport fees.

Rates
Rates are quoted per room per night in US dollars and are subject to change without prior notice. Levies are included.

Child Policy
Children over 8 are welcome at the Bush Chalets and campsites and will be charged as adults. We do reserve the right to request identification if we doubt the ages given.

Minimum Length of Stay

Trip Payment Schedule
50% deposit confirms your reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Fee Schedule
91-120 days prior to departure: 20% of total original booking
61-90 days prior to departure: 50% of total original booking
60 days or fewer prior to departure: 100% of total original booking

Travel Insurance
Each guest must sign a liability waiver and arrange for personal travel insurance. Proof may be requested.

The Acknowledgement, Disclaimer and Waiver of Liability must be signed by each guest and is due with deposit, or immediately after deposit is paid. If Gwango does not receive this signed document at 60 days after the booking date of the trip, all deposits and payments could be forfeited.

Balances are due 60 days prior to arrival. If payment is not received by the due date, deposits are subject to forfeiture and cancellation of the booking. If canceling party finds someone to take their place, penalties may not apply. Payments can be made by cash, bank transfer or credit card. All other costs incurred during your stay are payable in cash. Personal checks are not accepted.
